Project Manager

• Handles day-to-day project-related activities for active programs
• Manages all projects on-quality (tactical), on-time and on-budget
• Monitors and adjusts project schedules and milestones daily
• Monitors project and campaign budgets weekly
• Provides weekly client and internal-facing program status reports
• Maintains project management system of record
• Builds project architecture and fleshes out milestones for project phases
• Creates cost-based labor + expense program estimates by phase
• Creates and manages Purchase Orders based on approved expense estimates
• Creates program timelines for proposals / SOWs
• Monitors projects for scope creep daily + creates change orders
• Keeps AM informed of any issues that would impact client relationship
• Alerts internal team when projects reach 50, 70 and 100% of budget
• Creates campaign architecture in alignment with SOW and billing needs
• Manages vendors and freelancers on program work

• 5+ years of proven project management experience within an agency setting
• Experience working with education, financial services, and/or healthcare clients
• Experience managing sophisticated digital projects
• Experience using Workamajig or other project management tools
