Job Description:

A well-developed Building Consultancy in London is a seeking to hire a Project Manager to join their expanding team.

Job Responsibility:

Working on Fit-Out Projects on a landmark 41 storey student accommodation tower in central London which will value up to £50m
Accountable for the safe management and execution of project work inside London in accordance with the client’s business processes and procedures

Requirements:

Degree level qualification within project management, construction management or equivalent
At least 1 Year Project Management, construction consultancy experience
MRICS (desirable)
Experience working on Fit-out projects
Experience of creating, presenting, and managing on bids, tenders, and proposals
