Our client, a well-established global nutritional and wellness brand is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support high-volume creative and marketing initiatives in a hybrid work environment. This role serves as a key liaison between marketing, creative, production, and cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate brings full lifecycle project management experience, strong stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) at the Los Angeles office, with remote work on remaining days.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for small to medium-scale projects
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, task assignments, resource needs, and critical paths
Manage multiple creative projects across parallel timelines in a fast-paced environment
Facilitate weekly project status meetings and ensure clear communication across teams
Prepare and present project updates, risk assessments, and post-mortem reports to leadership and stakeholders
