Job Description:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead the coordination and execution of marketing and creative initiatives. This role will manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple departments and client projects to ensure work is delivered on time and on budget.

Job Responsibility:

Own project schedules and timelines from kickoff through completion
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to manage project scope
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and/or clients
Anticipate and solve for project bottlenecks or resource gaps
Maintain detailed documentation and project status updates
Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards and project goals

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a creative or agency environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.)
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
