Job Description:

A respected construction consultancy based in Leicester is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager with a background in healthcare developments. This is an ideal role for a Project Manager keen to take ownership of complex NHS and private healthcare schemes across the Midlands. The consultancy is looking for a Project Manager who can build strong client relationships and manage project delivery to the highest standards.

Job Responsibility:

Lead key healthcare projects
Work closely with stakeholders, design teams, and contractors
Ensure successful delivery from inception through to completion
Prepare tender documents
Manage procurement processes
Chair project meetings
Maintain budgetary control and programme delivery
Risk management
Ensure patient safety in live environments

Requirements:

Relevant degree and experience working as a Project Manager
Experience in the healthcare sector is essential
Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
Ideally chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM) or working towards
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
