Job Responsibility:
Design and Construction Management
Responsible for the technical, financial, time, safety & quality aspects
Plan projects and ensure they are programmed to a level of detail necessary for the site team to deliver the scheme without delays
Project Team management
Provide detailed constructability reviews of project documents
make recommendations
Manage day-to-day work on projects in construction phases
coordinate and make recommendations regarding status of work
Assist the Client in reviewing contractor requests through formal or informal processes, and provide prompt responses to keep projects on schedule
Review and monitor project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget
Regularly review project schedules, analyze and monitor construction progress to determine impacts to schedule and provide feedback to Technical Director and Executive staff
Enforce the contractor on compliance project schedules

Requirements:
Architect/Civil engineering basic education
>10 years experience
Project Management certificate grade I
Strong knowledge Project Management in Hospitality, high-rise building, commercial center
Strong in negotiation & communication skill
Dealing professionally in managing tasks and consistently meeting tight deadlines
Good level English speaking and writing
All the soft skills to handle the work
Honestly, high sense of responsibility

Initiative & active in work, self-planning, arrange and organize for work effectively
