Job Description:

A growing built environment consultancy in Bristol is seeking a proactive Project Manager to deliver a range of exciting schemes across the South West. The role involves managing construction projects within a consultancy setting, driving procurement strategies, maintaining financial oversight, and supporting early-stage feasibility and planning. Candidates will work across various RIBA lifecycle stages, primarily with NEC and JCT contracts.

Job Responsibility:

Lead multiple projects across the full RIBA lifecycle
Work with internal and external teams to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
Perform contract administration (across various forms)
Manage risk, programming using MS Project, and full project reporting
Drive procurement strategies
Maintain financial oversight
Support early-stage feasibility and planning
Communicate and report effectively
Manage stakeholders

Requirements:

Experience managing construction projects within a consultancy setting
Degree in Construction, Project Management, or similar
Chartered (or progressing) with RICS, APM, or CIOB
Strong understanding of RIBA stages 0-6
Skilled in contract administration, ideally across NEC and JCT contracts
Confident with MS Project and full project reporting
Proactive mindset with strong leadership and client-facing skills
