Job Description:

A dedicated Project Manager is sought to oversee commercial, infrastructure, and education projects across the North East within a reputable consultancy in Newcastle. The role offers diverse opportunities, career growth, and a robust professional development framework.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee commercial, infrastructure and education projects across the North East
Work across all RIBA stages, providing programme and cost oversight, contract admin and team coordination
Manage risk and deliver value for clients
Track progress and maintain client satisfaction

Requirements:

3+ years’ consultancy experience as a Project Manager
Degree in construction/project management
MRICS/APM/MCIOB preferred
Knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts
Excellent client management skills
