Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Chief of Staff Office, based in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will play a key part in leading strategic transformation programs focused on operational excellence, cost optimization, innovation, and new business growth. You’ll drive high-impact projects across the organization—ensuring structured planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Job Responsibility:

Leading end-to-end project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
Coordinating stakeholder engagement across business units and senior leadership to align transformation efforts
Designing and implementing governance frameworks for project accountability and decision-making
Managing change initiatives to ensure adoption of new systems, processes, and behaviors
Identifying and mitigating project risks, dependencies, and blockers across projects
Conducting structured problem-solving and analysis to develop actionable, high-impact solutions
Monitoring performance metrics and incorporating lessons learned into continuous improvement cycles

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
6+ years of experience managing complex projects from initiation to completion
Proven track record in transformation, operational excellence, and cross-functional program delivery
Experience in strategy consulting or strategy roles is a strong plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization
Comfort navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving priorities
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office
familiarity with business process improvement methodologies is a plus

Nice to have:

Experience in strategy consulting or strategy roles
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies
