Our client is hiring a mid-level Project Manager to manage multiple unrelated projects at the same time. This is a business-focused PM role, not technical or software delivery. Job Responsibility:
Manage several projects simultaneously with different stakeholders and timelines
Build and maintain project plans, track progress, and adjust as needed
Lead meetings, drive timelines, and ensure clear communication throughout
Identify risks early and keep projects moving forward
Coordinate internal teams and external partners
Ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with business goals
Requirements:
5-6 years of project management experience
Bachelor’s degree required
PMP completed or in progress
Comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal direction
Strong communicator with polished, professional presence
Not a technical, engineering, or developer PM role
Proven experience managing IT projects using Agile Scrum methodologies
PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials
Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
Familiarity with risk management and mitigation strategies in project environments
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize outcomes
