We are seeking a remote Project Manager contractor to lead the implementation and rollout of an email prioritization tool for targeted business groups. This role is responsible for hands-on execution, including planning, stakeholder coordination, training, onboarding/offboarding processes, vendor coordination, issue monitoring, and adoption tracking. The engagement is time-boxed and focused on delivering a successful rollout with clear handoff to internal teams.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and manage the rollout plan, timeline, and milestones
Coordinate across IT, business leadership, operations, and vendors
Execute communications, training, and change management activities
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for users
Track issues, risks, and adoption metrics
provide executive-ready updates
Provide support within the application by adjusting, creating or removing rules
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in project coordination/management, implementation, or tool rollouts
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience driving end-user adoption
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, time-bound environment
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams)
Prior vendor coordination experience
Experience with excellent customer service/support
