Job Description:

Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction. Plan, coordinate, and execute sign projects while working closely with clients, designers, fabricators, and installers.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the entire project lifecycle
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and work schedules
Coordinate with internal teams (design, fabrication, and installation) to ensure smooth workflow
Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects on track
Oversee permitting, approvals, and compliance with local signage regulations
Troubleshoot and resolve project-related challenges proactively
Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards

Requirements:

2+ years in project management, preferably in signage, construction, or a related industry
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with signage materials, manufacturing processes, and permitting is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience with project management tools (such as Trello, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project) is a plus

Nice to have:

Familiarity with signage materials, manufacturing processes, and permitting
Experience with project management tools (such as Trello, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project)
