Job Description:

An award-winning, national consultancy is searching for a driven Project Manager to join its Manchester office. The Project Manager will work across high-profile commercial office, student accommodation, and public sector schemes. With strong local pipelines, this role offers excellent variety and scope for progression for a talented Project Manager.

Job Responsibility:

Managing projects from initiation through to completion
Ensuring delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters
Coordinating teams
Overseeing budgets and programmes
Acting as the key client liaison to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

Degree in Project Management, Construction Management or similar
MRICS, MCIOB or APM membership desirable
3-5 years consultancy experience
Strong contract admin knowledge
Excellent communication and leadership

Nice to have:

MRICS, MCIOB or APM membership desirable
