Job Responsibility:

Specialize in planning, management, and execution of marketing campaign projects
Work with account managers to identify skills and resources necessary to complete projects on time and within defined scope
Act as link between client-facing and internal teams

Requirements:

Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
Expertise in personality management (ability to work with a variety of internal teams and outside contractors)
Ability to proactively communicate potential issues, clarify doubts, and ensure alignment
Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors
Ability to work with account manager to create strategic marketing strategy and map out tasks
Ability to add and assign tasks in Teamwork and ensure proper documentation
Ability to create project timelines and provide them to teams
Ability to ensure adherence to project timelines and communicate changes
Maintain a working knowledge of each assigned client’s SOW and ensure staff adherence
Ability to manage potential project risk and immediately communicate issues
Ability to secure internal approval of creative assets and deliver them
Ability to ensure all final assets are placed in designated client folders
