Job Responsibility:

  • Creating and updating the project roadmap
  • Working with the team to organize processes and motivate the team
  • Sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization
  • Conducting grooming sessions, retrospectives, and demos
  • Risk management
  • Setting up, adapting, and managing project processes from requirements gathering to technical support
  • Interacting with clients, negotiating, and managing timelines, risks, and customer business expectations
  • Regular communication with clients regarding development, strategies, and business goals

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Project Manager for 2+ years
  • Hands-on knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and hybrid software development life cycle models (SDLC)
  • Experience in project management using various methodologies
  • Excellent planning skills and the ability to quickly switch between projects without losing focus
  • Systematic thinking and the ability to find common ground with colleagues, partners, and customers
  • Self-confidence, excellent communication skills, flexibility, initiative, perseverance, and responsibility
  • Ability to multitask and stress resistance
  • Level of English – Intermediate+ and above
