As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget. This role coordinates cross‑functional teams, manages resources, communicates with stakeholders, and ensures that all project objectives are met efficiently and successfully. Project portfolio consolidation
Release Product Portfolio for yearly AOP exercise
Drive innovation & renovation projects through the process currently in place
Organise cross functional project kick-off
Build master timeline with relevant milestones for all channels
Lead cross functional meetings to track on progress
Own NPD process to collect all specs and cross functions’ approvals
Brief packaging suppliers to collect costings & specs
Create production Line forms for costings and pick & pack
Own Master data accuracy with finance (PLC status and delisting process)
Centralize product specifications to streamline new customer listing support for sales
Manage artwork development process
Adjust Global Marketing Copy to regional requirements
Collect all functions' input (Marketing, Design, Regulatory, Packaging Engineer) per packaging component
Manage artwork validation flow via external platform
Liaise with suppliers and coordinate prepress process
