Job Description:

A progressive construction consultancy with a strong presence in London is looking for a driven Project Manager to join its growing team. This is a career-enhancing opportunity for a Project Manager who wants exposure to prestigious London-based developments, working with high-profile clients across commercial, mixed-use, and residential sectors. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of schemes ranging from £5m to £50m, from early concept through to completion.

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing pre-contract and delivery stages of multiple projects
Design team coordination
Stakeholder reporting
Tender preparation
Site inspections

Requirements:

Degree in Project Management, Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying
At least 3 years’ experience within a construction consultancy
Ideally working towards chartership (MRICS, APM, CIOB)
Familiarity with both JCT and NEC contracts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
