Job Description:

Robert Half is looking for a Project Manager for a client in the Irving area. The Project Manager will be managing creative workflows, handling quality assurance, and working on both digital and print projects.

Job Responsibility:

Managing creative workflows trafficking email and digital projects
Reviewing, proofing and handling quality assurance on all project requests
Coordinating multiple teams ensuring deadlines are met, briefs and assets are accurate and approved

Requirements:

Availability to be on-site 5 days a week in the Irving area
Project Management software tool experience - Wrike, Airtable, Asana, Workfront, Monday.com, Basecamp, etc.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, marketing and otherwise, routing, approving and releasing error-free, on-time, on-budget work
Both print and digital experience, training docs, onboarding initiatives, direct mail, online, websites, landing pages, etc.
Agency, retail or studio experience preferred
