Job Description:

An independent consultancy in Manchester is looking for a Project Manager with 1 to 4 years’ experience to join their growing team. Specialising in residential and hotel projects, this role offers hands-on project delivery experience and structured career support. The Project Manager will work on a variety of refurbishment and new build schemes across Greater Manchester, with increasing responsibility as they progress. This is a perfect opportunity for an early-career Project Manager looking to step up in a supportive consultancy environment.

Job Responsibility:

Managing the full project lifecycle
Contract administration
Client meetings
Tender evaluations
Progress reporting

Requirements:

1-4 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side role
Sector exposure in residential or hotel builds
RICS-accredited degree
Working towards MRICS or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
