We are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager in the Fire & Security industry, the successful candidate will have relevant experience in the role, this may suit someone wanting to move ‘off the tools’. This role would suit a highly organised individual with strong leadership skills, the ability to build strong relationships to manage multiple on-going projects. Ideally you will have a minimum 5 year’s experience in the Electronic Fire / Security industry and a proven background in Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Door Entry Systems.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Manage multiple installations ranging from £10k to £250k
Take responsibility for the full project management life cycle including client liaison, estimating, engineering solutions, procurement, and resourcing
Deliver high quality installations / projects whilst achieving commercial objectives including delivering the project on budget
Ensure all variations to specifications are picked up and costed accordingly and delivered in line with client expectations
Perform risk management to reduce potential risks
Requirements:
Minimum 5 year’s experience in the Electronic Fire / Security industry
proven background in Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Door Entry Systems
strong technical understanding of these systems
experience working with high end residential, retail and commercial based contracts/projects
