Job Description:

We are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager in the Fire & Security industry, the successful candidate will have relevant experience in the role, this may suit someone wanting to move ‘off the tools’. This role would suit a highly organised individual with strong leadership skills, the ability to build strong relationships to manage multiple on-going projects. Ideally you will have a minimum 5 year’s experience in the Electronic Fire / Security industry and a proven background in Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Door Entry Systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Manage multiple installations ranging from £10k to £250k
  • Take responsibility for the full project management life cycle including client liaison, estimating, engineering solutions, procurement, and resourcing
  • Deliver high quality installations / projects whilst achieving commercial objectives including delivering the project on budget
  • Ensure all variations to specifications are picked up and costed accordingly and delivered in line with client expectations
  • Perform risk management to reduce potential risks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 year’s experience in the Electronic Fire / Security industry
  • proven background in Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Door Entry Systems
  • strong technical understanding of these systems
  • experience working with high end residential, retail and commercial based contracts/projects
  • strong leadership skills
