Project Manager | Structural Steel & Fabrication | Adelaide Northern Suburbs. Randstad is proud to partner with a leading manufacturing powerhouse based in Adelaide's Northern Suburbs. This isn't a role for a spectator. We are looking for a Project Manager who lives and breathes steel, someone who understands the grit of the workshop and the precision required for high-level fabrication. If you've got a background in steel and you're ready to lead projects from the first shop drawing to the final weld, this is your next move. The Mission: You'll be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and completion of specific projects. You aren't just watching the clock, you're ensuring every project aligns with the company's strategic goals and delivers the high-quality results our clients expect.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and monitor workflow of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Issue shop drawings for approval and fabrication
  • Act as key liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients
  • Attend site and production meetings
  • Identify improvements, manage variations, and keep job files organized

Requirements

  • Solid background in steel work or structural fabrication
  • Can read and interpret technical drawings
  • Valid White Card and a current Driver's License
  • Sharp communicator who can negotiate, delegate, and handle pressure
  • Diploma, Degree, or equivalent experience
