Job Description:

A thriving Leeds-based property and construction consultancy is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join their professional team. This role offers an excellent platform for those looking to broaden their project management experience across residential, commercial and regeneration schemes.

Job Responsibility:

Lead multiple construction schemes
Coordinate key stakeholders
Monitor programme, cost and quality
Work on projects from early design through to delivery
Support senior staff
Mentor junior team members

Requirements:

Degree-qualified in Construction Project Management or related subject
3+ years’ consultancy or client-side experience
Strong contract administration and stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of NEC and JCT contracts
En route to chartership or already chartered (APM, RICS or CIOB)
