We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our client's team on a long-term contract basis. This role involves guiding the most impactful marketing initiatives from their inception to completion, ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple teams. As a key player on the Creative Team, you will bridge the gap between product strategies and marketing execution, driving alignment and delivering exceptional results.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the central hub for managing large-scale marketing projects, overseeing their lifecycle from strategy development to post-launch activities
Coordinate and align cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth project progress through established processes and best practices
Collaborate with program management, creative operations, and resource management teams to streamline workflows and scale operations effectively
Partner with product marketing, integrated marketing, communications, and creative teams to ensure cohesive planning and execution during critical project phases
Develop and maintain project milestone calendars, providing visibility and updates to executive stakeholders
Lead high-level discussions with senior cross-functional teams to drive alignment and decision-making at key project stages
Monitor project quality and timelines by creating detailed schedules, tracking deliverables, and addressing potential risks
Provide ongoing reporting on project status, challenges, and progress to ensure transparency across all stakeholders
Foster collaboration between marketing, creative, and experiential teams to co-create briefs, review cycles, and integrated strategies
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in project management, particularly within marketing or creative environments
Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to drive collaboration across cross-functional teams
Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed project schedules, milestone calendars, and progress reports
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Familiarity with marketing strategy, campaign planning, and integration of creative processes
Ability to navigate high-pressure situations and make informed decisions to keep projects on track
Experience working with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to ensure alignment and project success
Knowledge of best practices in program management, resource allocation, and process optimization
