Job Description:

An established construction consultancy based in London is seeking an experienced Project Manager who can add to the success of the company, working in a close-knit team on build sector project delivery. The successful candidate will work on residential cladding and remediation projects, collaborating with clients throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring specifications are met.

Job Responsibility:

Help with the administration of residential cladding and remediation projects
Regularly collaborate with clients to create and define projects from inception to completion
Ensure the client brief/specification is adopted and fulfilled
Liaise with all client suppliers and operators.

Requirements:

A RICS accredited degree in Construction or Project Management
Membership to a relevant professional body such as the RICS, APM, CIOB or similar would be highly desirable, but may not be essential
Experienced project managers with the knowledge and abilities to seamlessly move into the Employers Agent position when necessary (Desirable)
Previous client-facing experience
Prior experience working for a construction consultancy.

Nice to have:

Membership to a relevant professional body such as the RICS, APM, CIOB or similar
Experienced project managers with the knowledge and abilities to seamlessly move into the Employers Agent position when necessary.
