Job Description:

A forward-thinking multidisciplinary consultancy in Suffolk is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their expanding team. The successful Project Manager will work across residential, healthcare and commercial developments, playing a key role in delivering projects throughout the region.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle including feasibility, procurement, risk management, contract administration and final delivery
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards
Work across residential, healthcare and commercial developments
Develop long-term client relationships

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management or similar
3+ years' experience in a consultancy environment
MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB qualified (or working towards)
Proven experience across residential, healthcare or commercial sectors
Strong organisational and communication skills
