Job Description:

A renowned construction consultancy based in London is seeking a driven and capable Project Manager to join their team delivering high-value commercial developments across the capital. This is an excellent opportunity to work on major schemes within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that provides full chartership support and clear career progression.

Job Responsibility:

Managing consultants and contractors
Chairing progress meetings
Resolving on-site issues
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest quality standards
Upholding health and safety protocols
Overseeing snagging activities
Liaising closely with client and contractor teams
Reviewing variations
Tracking progress
Maintaining strong communication across all project stakeholders

Requirements:

A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Experience delivering construction projects in a consultancy or client-side environment
A recognised project management qualification (e.g. APM, PRINCE2, PMP) or working towards one
Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
A detail-focused, solutions-driven mindset
