The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of multi-site projects. You’ll serve as the primary liaison between clients, field teams, vendors, and internal departments — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Responsibility:
Lead full project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, execution, and closeout
Manage multiple parallel projects using structured project management methodologies
Define scope, performance expectations, and resource requirements
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans
Oversee vendor, contractor, and subcontractor performance
Monitor budgets, track expenses, and mitigate risk exposure
Conduct regular status meetings and progress reporting
Perform site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance
Maintain complete and accurate project documentation
Identify potential disputes, risks, and design challenges early
Serve as primary client contact and manage concerns professionally
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
Requirements:
5–8 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
Strong background in retail, restaurant, remodeling, or rollout environments
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
PMP certification (preferred)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills + strong Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience with VISIO, Adobe, Oracle (preferred)
Strong knowledge of project accounting and budget controls
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
PMP certification (preferred)
Experience with VISIO, Adobe, Oracle (preferred)
