Job Description:

A reputable multidisciplinary consultancy in Hampshire is seeking a talented Project Manager to join their expanding team to deliver schemes across residential, commercial and public sector projects throughout the South.

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing projects through all key stages from feasibility through to completion
Managing budgets
Coordinating design teams
Preparing project documentation
Chairing meetings
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
Working closely with clients, contractors and consultants

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management or related subject
Ideally chartered (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or working towards
3+ years in a consultancy-based Project Manager role
Experience across residential, commercial or public sector schemes
Excellent client-facing and communication skills

Nice to have:

Ideally chartered (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or working towards
