An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established multi-disciplinary built environment consultancy at their busy Kings Worthy (Winchester) office. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of projects across sectors such as Advanced Manufacturing & Motorsport, Defence & Security, Demolition, Education, Healthcare, Heritage Buildings, Public Buildings, and Residential, including regeneration schemes. This role is ideal for a Project Manager who thrives on variety, challenge, and working closely with clients to deliver exceptional results. Working as a Project Manager in this dynamic and collaborative team will give you the opportunity to influence projects from the earliest feasibility stages through to completion. As a Project Manager, you will work with high-profile clients, manage multidisciplinary teams, and be involved in delivering schemes that make a real difference to communities and industries.
Job Responsibility:
Managing day-to-day delivery of projects across different sectors
Acting as a key contact for clients and building strong, long-term relationships
Producing project documentation and regular reports
Chairing and recording meetings as appropriate
Assisting in the management of multidisciplinary design teams
Conducting feasibility studies, including site surveys, investigations, and evaluations
Monitoring contractor progress and reporting on site performance
Supporting business development and maintaining existing client relationships
Identifying and developing innovative solutions for clients
Requirements:
Degree in a construction-related subject is desirable
other degree backgrounds considered
Professional accreditation or working towards accreditation (RICS, CIOB, APM) preferred
Proven construction and/or project management experience
Knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts beneficial
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and report-writing skills
Ability to present confidently to senior professionals
Nice to have:
Knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts beneficial
Professional accreditation or working towards accreditation (RICS, CIOB, APM) preferred
