Job Description:

As a part of our team, you will be instrumental in coordinating and managing various marketing and communication projects. Your role will include establishing workflows, ensuring project completion within the specified timelines, and maintaining the stipulated quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Efficient management of project timelines
Establish clear communication with various stakeholders
Allocate resources and work assignments to team members
Monitor the progress of projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Implement project management tools and systems
Monitor project budgets and expenses
Conduct regular status meetings or check-ins
Resolve conflicts or issues
Continually evaluate and optimize processes
Write creative briefs
Proactively identify potential risks and issues
Prepare reports summarizing project progress and results
Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other agencies

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira
Expertise in Cloud Technologies
Familiarity with CRM systems
Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology
Experience in Budget Processes
Strong Communication skills
