Job Description:

The town of Wellesley’s Facilities Management department has an immediate opening for a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have significant project management experience, preferably on building projects in the public sector, and be a self-starter with the ability to work independently. This role is an opportunity to join a creative team during an exciting design and construction period.

Job Responsibility:

Manages projects from feasibility through design and construction, primarily cash capital building projects, plus operational duties (EH&S, regulatory, accessibility, safety/security alarms)
Delivers high-quality construction on time/on budget
may collaborate on PBC projects

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Seven to ten years’ experience
public sector preferred
MCCPO preferred
