Job Responsibility:
Oversee multiple projects across the Midlands and North Yorkshire ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
Manage client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth operations and execution
Supervise fabric, M+E, and other project components to maintain quality standards
Engage in problem-solving to address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
Requirements:
Proven experience managing multiple projects in the FM sector, specifically with a focus on government contracts
Strong client-facing skills to foster effective relationships
An ability to travel as needed across the Midlands and Yorkshire
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
