Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager support cross-functional delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to specification. The successful candidate will coordinate resources, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure project objectives align with organizational goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Plan, execute, and close assigned projects while managing scope, timeline, budget, and quality deliverables as described
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, identify critical path activities, and establish realistic milestones that support business objectives
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, team members, and senior leadership
  • Conduct regular status meetings as necessary, prepare progress reports, and escalate issues as needed to maintain project momentum
  • Manage project risks by identifying potential obstacles early, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing contingency plans
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure deliverables meet quality standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed of progress, changes, and key decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field with 3-5 years of project management experience
  • PMP certification or equivalent credential preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects of varying complexity and size, with proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills with ability to influence without direct authority
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working with diverse teams and managing stakeholder relationships across organizational levels
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
