Job Description:

A dynamic opportunity has become available for a Project Manager to join a respected consultancy with offices in both London and Maidenhead. This role would suit a driven Project Manager with a few years of post-qualification experience who is ready to take more responsibility on a variety of public and private sector projects. The successful Project Manager will be involved in delivering construction schemes across sectors such as education, healthcare, residential, and infrastructure.

Job Responsibility:

Contract administration
programme monitoring
cost control
stakeholder engagement

Requirements:

Degree qualified in a construction-related field
Ideally working towards chartership (RICS, APM, CIOB)
2-4 years’ experience in a project management or consultancy role
Familiarity with NEC contracts is advantageous
Confident in a client-facing role and managing project timelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

Familiarity with NEC contracts
