Job Description:

A leading construction and property consultancy based in London is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of high-profile schemes across the healthcare, security, commercial, and hospitality sectors. The role involves managing stakeholder relationships, supporting cost and risk management processes, and overseeing programmes across sectors like healthcare and education. The firm offers a collaborative working environment with progression opportunities and chartership support.

Job Responsibility:

Leading the delivery of fit-out and refurbishment schemes in line with client design guides
Supporting the management of multi-disciplinary teams across construction and design phases
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and client teams
Overseeing design compliance and quality control processes
Contributing to financial management and reporting on project performance
Supporting project delivery in sectors such as healthcare, education, and hospitality

Requirements:

A BSc in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or similar
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a project management role within the construction industry
Experience delivering complex refurbishment or fit-out projects
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach
Membership or working towards membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, or equivalent
Experience within the healthcare or education sectors is advantageous
