Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibility:

Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
Prepare and manage project budgets, change orders, and cost-tracking
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to the president and vice president
Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and closeout packages

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
Strong knowledge of concrete construction, metal buildings, and tenant improvements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
