A well-established property and construction consultancy based in Birmingham is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join their expanding team. This Project Manager role offers exposure to a variety of projects across residential, education, and public sector developments. The Project Manager will be part of a supportive and experienced team, gaining hands-on involvement across all project stages. The construction Project Manager will work closely with senior colleagues while managing their own projects.

Requirements:
Experience as a Project Manager within a construction consultancy
Degree in project management, construction, or a related field
Working towards MRICS, MAPM or equivalent
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
