Job Description:

A growing, multidisciplinary consultancy based in Oxford is looking to appoint a motivated Project Manager to join their expanding Project Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager seeking to advance their career in a commercially focused and fast-paced environment. The consultancy offers broad sector exposure, structured development, and the chance for a Project Manager to be involved in the full project lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

Support the delivery of varied construction projects
Take ownership of project documentation, reporting, and client liaison
Attend and chair meetings
Produce reports at relevant project stages
Work closely with clients and multidisciplinary design teams
Oversee the day-to-day management of construction projects
Support the wider team in developing business opportunities and maintaining client relationships
Conduct feasibility studies and site surveys
Monitor contractors
Identify innovative solutions tailored to client needs
Act as a single point of contact for clients
Drive project outcomes
Ensure deadlines and expectations are met

Requirements:

Demonstrable construction project management experience
Skilled in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Degree in a construction-related discipline preferred
Confident presenting and producing client-facing documentation
Self-motivated, commercially aware, and team-oriented
Working towards or keen to pursue: MRICS
MCIOB
MAPM
PRINCE2
