Job Description:

An established construction consultancy based in London is seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity for a driven and organised Project Manager who wants to work on a wide range of projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. The successful Project Manager will support clients through every stage of the construction lifecycle, from inception through to completion.

Job Responsibility:

Planning, coordination, and delivery of a variety of construction projects across Greater London
Work closely with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure smooth project execution
Manage budgets, lead meetings, oversee contractors
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on site
Report regularly on project progress
Act as the main point of contact for clients

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Project Manager role within the construction industry
A relevant degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
Membership or working towards chartership with RICS, CIOB or APM is preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to work both independently and as part of a wider project team
