Job Description:

Are you ready to tackle multiple projects and make a significant impact? A leading company in the FM sector is seeking a Project Manager in Greater Manchester. This role involves overseeing up to 40 concurrent projects, managing relationships, and ensuring successful delivery through collaboration with various teams. A leading company in the FM industry, known for its innovation and commitment to excellence, is expanding its project management team to meet growing demands. As this is a contract role, focus will be on the dynamic nature of projects and collaboration with talented teams, ensuring impactful outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee 30–40 concurrent projects with varying scopes and contractors
Effectively balance the needs of all stakeholders through clear and efficient communication
Build and maintain strong relationships with our supply chain partners, treating them as an extension of our team to ensure successful delivery
Collaborate closely with internal FM teams to understand requirements, and engage with clients and support functions including commercial and finance teams

Requirements:

Proven ability to manage multiple schemes simultaneously, each with different scopes and complexities
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Experience within FM project management (not construction)
