Job Responsibility:
Managing multiple projects at a time, you will lead these projects from preconstruction through to final handover
Full Lifecycle Project Delivery: Spearhead projects from initial pre-construction phases through to final handover and completion
Cross-Functional Leadership: Synchronise design, estimating, and site-based teams to ensure cohesive operational alignment
Operational & Financial Oversight: Direct project programming, budgetary controls, and subcontractor procurement to maintain strict adherence to margins and deadlines
D&C Risk Mitigation: Conduct rigorous technical reviews of drawings to proactively identify and mitigate Design & Construct (D&C) risks
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for client communications and facilitate high-level project governance meetings
Quality & Safety Governance: Oversee on-site execution, ensuring uncompromising standards of safety, quality assurance, and progress monitoring.
Requirements:
Construction related degree
Demonstrative experience managing Commercial New Build projects
Experience leading teams and ensuring projects remain on time, budget and to the highest quality
A key understanding of Australian construction codes, standards and contracts
Strong financial acumen and procurement experience
Tech savvy and a willingness to drive systems and processes
