Job Description:

Highly experienced Project Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis for a client in the western suburbs near Oak Brook, IL. This role requires a strong background in project management and expertise in overseeing complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and oversee the integration of multiple business units into a unified system
Serve as the primary liaison between consultants, internal teams, and external stakeholders
Develop and implement automated solutions to enhance efficiency
Clean, organize, and validate data to support accurate reporting
Lead initiatives to position the organization for future growth
Assist in the implementation of Concur and other organizational systems
Identify opportunities for improvement and drive adoption of innovative practices
Collaborate with accounting and finance teams
Apply general business acumen to address complexities

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management
PMP certification or equivalent formal project management training
Strong skills in cross-functional project management and coordination
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
Experience working with SAP or similar enterprise systems
Background in accounting and finance
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
Proficiency in automating processes and implementing innovative solutions
