Project Manager

Growth Plays is hiring a Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience working in an agency, based in the US or Canada. We hold a high bar, we move with purpose, and we’re building AI systems into the core of how we operate. As we grow, we need a Project Manager who can keep everything running smoothly. This role is ideal for an organized, execution-first operator who thrives on keeping complex, multi-team workflows running without a hitch. We need an AI-native doer who thrives on building systems that produce results. You are extremely detail-oriented and can QA your own work, so nothing falls through the cracks and every deliverable lands on time. You will work closely with our delivery, operations, and account management teams to ensure all client deliverables ship on schedule and no project or task goes untracked.
