Project Manager

• Creating scope of works and detailed programmes
• Coordinating project communication between clients, contractors and consultants
• Leading project meetings both remotely and on-site
• Managing risk registers, critical path analysis, and team workloads
• Tracking progress, reporting budget and timeline updates, and providing clear client reporting
• Maintaining strong client relationships through consistent engagement and updates

• A construction-related degree (e.g. Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management)
• Experience delivering multiple projects within a consultancy or professional practice
• Commercial awareness and a firm grasp of contract administration
• Proficiency with drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies
• Solid understanding of health & safety legislation
• Strong Excel skills and competence across MS Office
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
