Project Manager

• Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and site execution
• Lead and mentor project teams, including Superintendents
• Conduct weekly OAC meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through
• Review and manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Provide accurate financial and schedule reporting to leadership
• Coordinate closely with Estimating, Accounting, and field teams
• Conduct site walk-throughs to monitor progress, safety, and quality
• Ensure projects hit milestones while maintaining high standards of workmanship

• 5–10 years of commercial construction project management experience
• Strong preference for candidates coming from a general contractor
• Multifamily experience is a strong plus, but not required
• Ability to manage multiple large projects (up to $30M each)
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and construction management software
• Ability to travel occasionally (up to 6 overnights per month)
