Job Description:

A well-regarded Newcastle-based consultancy is looking to recruit a capable Project Manager to lead key projects across the North East. The Project Manager will work on schemes in the housing, education, and healthcare sectors, managing full project delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Take ownership of projects from design stage through to completion
Oversee contract administration, budgeting, timelines, and stakeholder reporting
Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

3+ years of consultancy project management experience
Degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
MRICS or MAPM preferred, or on the pathway
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Knowledge of North East construction market advantageous
