Carex is partnering with a boutique healthcare consulting firm to find a highly capable, technical part time Project Manager (~20-30 hours per week) to lead and support complex, client-facing initiatives with a strong emphasis on Salesforce CRM and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms. This role will play a critical part in CRM, marketing, and call center-related initiatives within healthcare and life sciences environments. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with clients and internal cross-functional teams during standard U.S. business hours.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce CRM and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) projects
  • Act as the primary client-facing point of contact, managing relationships and communications with professionalism
  • Support long-term client success through strong account management practices
  • Own and manage project scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into structured project plans, milestones, and deliverables
  • Use Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms to manage work and ensure visibility
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, and operational personnel
  • Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and changes with transparency and autonomy
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting for accountability

Requirements

  • Proven project management experience with direct ownership of scope, schedule, and budget
  • Healthcare industry experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and expectations effectively
  • Background in account management or ongoing client engagement models
  • Hands-on experience leading CRM implementations preferred
  • Understanding of CRM mechanics, marketing automation, and call center operations
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate project status, risks, and solutions
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently
  • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to client and internal team interactions

  • Experience in regulated environments, particularly healthcare
  • Ability to contribute beyond project coordination by closely partnering with technical and functional teams
