Representing company interests from inception through completion and handover of the project’s phases
Ensuring said design, planning, tendering , construction, completion and acceptance phases meet quality standards and all project goals as agreed on with partner institution
Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors and regulatory authorities, as well as company and partner school educational teams to align project priorities
Facilitating communication among teams to ensure the project meets both its statutory, operational and educational requirements
Managing cost and budgets effectively, and ensuring fiscal accountability throughout the project process
Monitoring and controlling the project timeline, ensuring activities adhere to their respective schedules
Conducting inspections and audits to ensure adherence to specifications, building codes, environmental standards, fire safety, seismic requirements, and other regulations
Advocating for vision of residential life, health and well-being experiential learning and sustainability practices wherever applicable
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in managing local building construction projects
Strong leadership, communication, and overall collaboration skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic intercultural environment
Proficiency in spoken and written English preferred
