Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a leading built environment consultancy based in Birmingham. The successful Project Manager will work on a wide variety of high-profile projects across multiple sectors, including blue-chip corporations, elite sports teams, automotive OEMs, and academic research institutes. Job Responsibility:

Managing multidisciplinary design and delivery teams
Coordinating planning applications and statutory approvals
Overseeing site activity and contractor performance
Producing and presenting reports at various project stages
Supporting bids and developing new business opportunities
Contributing to client governance and reporting processes

Requirements:

Proven experience in construction project management
A relevant degree in Construction, Engineering or similar
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
Competence with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Report writing and presentation delivery skills
A collaborative, personable approach and willingness to learn
