Job Description:

As a Project Manager at AMJ, you’ll be at the heart of delivering a best-in-class experience for our clients. You'll manage projects from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly, meets scientific and regulatory standards, and delights our clients every step of the way.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the end-to-end execution of diverse projects (articles, infographics, podcasts, webinars), ensuring they are on time, on budget, and meet high-quality standards
Serve as the day-to-day contact for our pharmaceutical clients, maintaining clear, proactive communication and building trusted partnerships
Advise clients on how to maximize reach and engagement
Present performance metrics at project close, clearly communicating results and demonstrating ROI
Work closely with Editorial, Design, Sales, Marketing, and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution
Maintain meticulous attention to detail in documentation
Flag risks early, propose solutions, and support continuous process improvement
Offer insights to client strategy, identify opportunities for account growth, and use analytics to guide recommendations

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in project management
Clear, proactive communicator who can navigate client needs and internal priorities
Strong project management and prioritization skills across multiple concurrent projects
Rigor around deliverables, documentation, and deadlines
Skilled at building rapport and delivering a consistent client experience
Solutions-oriented, able to foresee and mitigate project risks
Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving client needs
Understands client objectives and identifies opportunities to grow accounts
